Business Description: We are a small batch craft distillery located in Rolling Hills. We have 6 products to date since opening in May of 2020. We have a premium Vodka, 2 Gins and three other grain spirits including Triticale. We sell our products right here at the distillery. Our philosophy is to use sustainable practices which include the use of solar panels, recycling water, repurposing spent grain as feed for our cows. We are farmers, so we grow all of our own grain to use in our spirit making. You can taste the quality. Our kitchen can boast the "best" pizza and patio experience in the County of Newell.
